Baurzhan Yelzhanov – is an entrepreneur with an engineering background. He has established a number of successful companies in different sectors. Before becoming the founder and director of the R&D Solutions Center, Baurzhan managed EdSolutions, a company that supplied lab equipment to educational and research institutions. One of the distinctive features of the company was the availability of a workshop to locally produce lab equipment or its parts in order to cater to customers’ needs. Baurzhan brings his entrepreneurial mindset, manufacturing and supply chain management experience, and a wide network in the business world.

Kairat Moldashev – is a scholar with an entrepreneurial mindset. Alongside his academic work, he has entrepreneurial and business management experience. Kairat has published on research management and research policy topics. He has worked as a vice-rector for research at both local and international universities. He provides strategic and operational advice to the R&D Solutions Center as a member of the company’s Advisory Board. Kairat brings his vast knowledge of academia, research, and commercialization

Birzhan Sakhimbekov – is a Master of Technical Sciences and a young researcher. Birzhan’s research interest lies in the area of creating bridges between scientists, educational institutions and enterprises. In his doctoral work, he strives to reveal the potential for joint interaction between these areas and optimize the processes of their convergence. This opens the door for the development of new policies and practices that promote interaction between these different but important areas of activity. Active participation in many scientific projects demonstrates his willingness to take responsibility and contribute to collective efforts. Birzhan strives to apply his experience and knowledge to create innovative solutions and improve collaborative research projects.
